Scope of services
Load sourcing, rate negotiation, broker communication, route planning, documentation support and ongoing dispatch coordination for the equipment listed by the carrier.
Approval of loads
No load is booked without carrier approval. The carrier receives the rate, miles and rate per mile before accepting.
Fees and payment
Dispatch fees are stated in the agreement, agreed in writing before service begins, and are not changed without notice.
Term and termination
The agreement includes notice terms for ending the relationship. Request a copy to review the exact language before signing.
Carrier documents required
Operating authority (MC/DOT), certificate of insurance, W-9, and equipment details.
